Not having an original Audi radio in my wife's 91 CQ, the replacement radio
is not powered once the ignition key is turned off.
Most VW's I've had allowed the radio to be powered once the key was turned
off but remained in the ignition switch.
Was this a feature of the OEM radio in this Audi?
And, if so, what hot-wire did Audi use to perform this feature?
I do notice that the power windows and sunroof operate when the key is off
and remaining in the ign. switch.
