Electrical Gremlins - short IN fusebox?

Thanks for the tips Huw (how does one pronounce "Huw" anyway?).

I will be back at it tonight.  I am having some trouble reading the
schematic.  For instance I didn't realize the #12 fuse had circuits going
through the black and blue plugs.

Here goes nothing....
