1990 100 Refuses to Start

Logic says that the last thing that was done to the car is the culprit 
so I vote that the new ignition switch is the problem. May be bad from 
the factory or maybe you got the wrong application. I'm not looking at 
the wiring diagram but it sounds like the main power circuit for the 
drivetrain isn't getting power, just the accessories and starting 
circuit. I would think that using the wiring diagram you could ohm out 
the switch contacts from the fuse box without taking the column back 
apart.
