HELP! How to Install Camshaft Seal??? (I-5 motor)

Did you put some engine oil on the seal? This should help it slide and if you notice the
inner lip folding 
back, you can push it back with some long, thin, not-sharp object like a paper knife.  It
worked for me 
every time.
