I think the IC came off an Impulse, but I am not sure. I bought it off
someone who had planned to fit it in a different turbo project. I
intend to ask him exactly what it came from, but I have not seen him in
several months. I found one similar on eBay, but going for way too much
money.

*Somewhere I do have the actual dimensions of the unit I used. It has
slightly different inlets than the one above. I don't know that the one
above would work all that well as the bend into the TB would be pretty
tight.
The following link has some pictures comparing it to the stock unit and
showing how I fit it in. It is half blocked by the aluminum part of the
bumber. With this car (and most street cars) this is not a problem.
Just the thermal mass of the IC provides a great deal of the cooling for
a burst of power. Then over time air can cool it back down to be ready
for the next time. I still think it is better than the stock setup even
if power needs were continuous. Plus you don't have to worry about
securring your end tanks at higher boost levels since it is all aluminum.

Ben if I do get specific info on the source of that IC I will pass it
along. I know others have fit Volvo 740 units also. These are far
larger height wise, but much thinner. They however are likely much
easier to find as Isuzu has not sold cars in the US for a while.
