Questions about A/C vacuuming

I did a google search for a 1/4" flare to 1/2" ACME fitting and I ended
up ordering it from HYPERLINK
"http://www.heco.net/ac_tools.htm"http://www.heco.net/ac_tools.htm.
Interesting to note that they have the identical vacuum pump that I
bought for 10.00 at Harbor freight but they are charging _97.00_ for it.

Most service manuals say 30 minutes.

Where did you get the fitting. I has the same problem with mine, but
wound up using a R-12 to R134a adapter.
