[A4] A4 exterior door trim replacement

Thanks to all who responded. Obviously a popular problem!

The summary of all the responses is quite simple: remove the small black screw at the front bottom inside of each door. The screw is accessible without taking the door apart. Slide the offending trim strip off to the rear. Assemble in reverse order. Potential issues: stripped screw inserts (pull screw out with vice-grips) and broken clips (replace as required).

Clair Parts Express had them for $35 (front) and $29 (rear). In comparison the local dealer price was $48 and $41.  I also bought a couple of the clips for $1 each in case any crumble to dust during the process, but I don't expect this will happen.
