NOS Question(s)

 Howdy all;
I have a little off topic question(s) but I figure with all of the
"Gear-Heads" on the list I sure I can get an answer.
My buddy has graciously given me a NOS set-up.
He gave me everything except the tank.
I have the lines, solinoids, jets, nozels ect.
 It will go into my 90 (2.3,10v "NG") If I do decied to put it in.
What I was wondering is this.
I have an old SCUBA tank and I was wondering if I could use that. I
understand that Ill have to get the correct valve and fitting to make it
work but it would save alot of $$$ in the long run, also it will give the
system a huge supply.
 My next question is where would the best place to splice in to get the
fuel(gas) needed for the system?
Should I go in by the pressure regulator? or cold start injector? any ideas?
Also if you guys can give me any other ideas Id be very greatfull.
