Sheech.... 50,000+ miles and only 6,000 miles since the spark plug wires
were last replaced!!! And the dealer is trying to get you to buy your third
set of wires!!... Let me help you get a perspective on this... I have a
one owner 1990 Audi 200 quattro avant... with over 220,000 miles, yeah and
15 years old... Are you ready.... Original plug wires... only 5 sets of
spark plugs over the years... Runs great.. The 2.2 liter 5 cyl turbo
motor... bullet proof... and doesn't burn oil.... Though the throw out
bearing is starting to make a little noise... some things werar out..
Apparently nothing as fast as your plug wires though..
Try a different dealer.... Best of luck..
