need help with crankshaft main bearings.

Well I have removed all of the bearing cups and shells exept for the no. 4. 
It has these thrust washers that keep it in. The bentley shows the parts but 
doesn't list a removal tool or procedure. It is probably some really silly 
simple thing. I would appreciate any help you all can give. Thanks in 
advance!!
