See what Ti said.  Other than "cosmetics" like bumpers, you'll have less 
emissions related stuff.

the O is zero, and your setting should be about 6 deg BTDC.  maybe more, 
for a less emission-regulated car.  set at idle, and as Ti said, with 
some random stuff clamped off.
