Junk Car Removal (LAC)

I had the remains of a wrecked 914 disposed of by a scrape metal guy that
came around the repair shop I frequent. He cam out cut it into 4 pieces and
hauled it away for the scrape metal. Ask your local garage if they have some
one that comes around and hauls away their scrape metal parts, see if you
can get a phone number. They get paid by the ton so if you have an engine
block around they might be more interested, but make them haul the car out
first. Some of these guys are quite industrious and serious about what they
do and others well...
Many years ago I had an old 4000 (4cyl/4sd) with no engine in it. One
evening I trailered it to a near by auto dismantler and left it in their
parking lot. They were close so they could not object. It had no paper trail
that could have lead back to me though. This seems to be a common occurrence
near the local Pick N Pull yard.

Subject: Junk Car Removal (LAC)
> Anyone know of any junk car removal services in the Ringwood
(Northwestern) , NJ area. I have a totally stripped 84 CGT that I can't
even seem to get anyone to haul away for money. Any help would be
appreciated since I dont wan't to spend the time cutting into pieces and
bringing it to the recycling center.
