Rear Bumper Surround Interchangeability on Type 89

I bought a three-part spray Pearl touch-up kit from the dealer late last
fall.  About the third item I've been able to buy there that was priced
equal to or below the cost of buying it on the internet.  Anyway, while
they were looking up the part numbers for the touch-up kit, which only has
about 150 ml (about 5 ounces) of material in each can, they had numbers for
spray cans with something like 12 ounces, like a regular paint spray can.
Of course, we don't know whether there are any available on a shelf anywhere.
