How To Align Distributor to Head??

I'm going to have to get a timing light and see how far I'm off. I could be a tooth or two off in either direction.

I'm also having a another problem that I beleive is related. Cold start is perfect runs great. the warmer it gets the worse it runs. Motor begins to ping under load and eventually stalls right out. I have to wait for it to cool down before it will start again. - Any suggestions?
