US / German 4 zyl. Engine codes

Friends, I have a question for the 2.0 litre 4 cyl. owners out there ANYWHERE.
I am thinking of purchasing an ABT modified Bosch mototronic for German 2.0 litre 66kw 90 PS engine code.
Only info I can get for my '90 80 FWD 2.0 litre is engine code 3A with 113hp. Number on my engine is # 053103373
Dispite Bosch numbers probably not matching...will it work?
