So you don't think that these are the type of bolt that stretches
and can not be reused?

Yes, I see this in some of the pictures on the online parts vendors.
Thanks for the confirmation that the picture is correct and the bolts
are included.  Unfortunately, I've already got a set of cheap ATE pads
and they didn't come complete with the bolts.
