It is similar to any other tie rod end. Loosen the locknut and turn the 13mm
hex. If (and most likely) it will not turn it is seized. Use a pair of vice
grips on the round area (not the hex) along with a bit of Kroil and rattle
it with an air hammer to vibrate the Kroil into the threads. Work it back
and forth and then remove completely to clean and reassemble with
anti-seize.
