Thanks for all the responses. I got quite a few ideas to try out, but now I have to go find a good set of 1/2" extensions. Thanks again.

Here is the easy way, you will need longer extensions! With the wheel
off and the car supported properly on stands. Put two lug bolts back in,
finger tight OK. Drop a 1/4" (+-) punch thhrough the middle of the brake
caliper into the slots in the rotor. Sit on a comfortable stool and have
at it. I usually tap the extensions and bit with a hammer to insure they
are seated in the bolt head.
Much better than laying under neath and you can turn the axle as necessary.
