They are independent, their ad in the Yellow Pages says "Family Owned Since 1940."  It also says "Hard To Find Specialists" and "Knowledgeable Staff - No Question Is Too Stupid," but I don't know about that, I've only been in the one time.  They did know that older Audis use Pentosin, which usually baffles most FLAPS, so that's a good sign.  

I don't know how many listers are in the South Sound area, but if there is enough business coming in from the list, maybe they might consider a discount.  Independant stores are usually more flexible regarding things like that.  If you're in Anacortes, you might try Bow Wow in Seattle, they're mainly VW, but I seem to remember them carrying some Audi supplies at one point.
