Disassembling G 60s

You will probably need to use pressure from the inside to get the pistons 
out. Just pump them with brake fluid or compressed air until they come 
out. Use a block of wood in the caliper to prevent the pistons from coming 
out all the way. Once the pistons are part-way out, pull the seal from the 
piston then pump the pistons out the rest of the way. Be careful if you 
use compressed air as the piston will fire out if not stopped. You will 
probably find rust on the pistons. If so, don't bother rebuilding them. 
You can get reman calipers at FLAPS for $50-100 each IIRC.
