How to replace Front Wheel Bearings?

That kind of looks like the Hub Shark. Try using one of the smaller
round pullers to gut the bearing first, if this hasn't already happened
when you removed the spindle. Then you'll be able to see if the cup is
lined up correctly with the back of the bearing. Make sure everything is
straight, if the bearing is cocked even a tiny amount it makes things
alot worse, if it gets cocked you'll have to push it back in with the
tool and try again.

Depending on your impact gun and compressor, the gun may not have enough
"umph" for the job. Alltrade, CP and a few others I've seen out there
don't have the cohones to remove lug bolts most of the time.

If all else fails, as you said you'll have to go the press route.
Sometimes it's just easier to do it the "hard" way. This weekend I went
to do the CV boot on the 5KS, wanted to do it the car, but it was much
easier doing it the "hard" way by removing the shaft and putting it in a
vice.

The ABS sensors I've removed have slid out easily.
