When I used a similar tool for bearing replacement I relied on a 3 ft
long breaker bar. I worked up a sweat and it took a long time. I did
not use (and would not recommend) either an impact wrench or heat.
The instructions with my tool specifically said >not< to use an impact
wrench. I think an impact wrench could damage the new bearing and it
might be hard on the tool.
I've also replaced a bearing by removing the strut and using a press.
In hindsight, considering the cost of the tool and how much work it is
to replace a bearing when using it, I think I'd rather just remove the
strut and use a press. I had been under the mistaken impression that
strut removal would result in the need for a new alignment but have
since learned that is not true. The cost of an alignment had been an
important consideration for me at the time.

I used my impact gun on the bolt, 120 PSI . . . . . didnt even budge.
I'm ready to take the strut out and take it to a shop and have it pressed
out. Maybe press them in also. Will look in the manual and see how its done.
