kent's "new" car (c4)

Well aware that base model lacks servotronic.  When I
bought this car ('93 100), it was going through Goo
2000 at a frightening rate.  Lucky for me it was the
high pressure hose and not the rack.

Rack & PS hoses are harder to deal with in the C4 than
the C3 due to the V6 engine and the brake booster
stuff in the vicinity of the hose connections to the
rack.

Steve Jensen will testify on my behalf...his longer
reaching arms were needed for that fix.
