4kq manifold questions

Hi guys, on my quest for ever more non-turbo power I reckon I need a good
manifold and downpipe. Obvious choice would be a custom 5-3-1 tubular
manifold/downpipe.  But I cant afford that!!!!!
Checked the archives and reading through suggests the 4kq manifold is better
than my 90q 10v manifold. My manifold is the split type with the bellows in
the middle. Is the 4kq better? Apparently its 2.5" at the end of the
downpipe, my current one isn't. so I want one!!!! Was this manifold used on
any European models? Does anyone want to sell me one stateside, bearing in
mind shipping will be high. Obviously I need the dp as well, so a European
source would be better again, if possible. Please let me know guys. I really
want to achieve 200hp without a turbo, and I reckon shortly I wont be too
far off....
