Next planned mod: new aux. gauges, but need some advice

I want to have the functionality of the tripple gauge package that came on CGTs with the analog dash. My CGT with the digital dash got the 2 LED gauges like the 4000q, no oil pressure, only oil temp and volts. But, and here's the BIG but, I want to keep it all digital, no analog gauges for my SB. Been researching this proposed mod. I found some 2-1/16" diameter digital gauges that I hope will work. The display blacks out completely when ignition is offno visible logos, legends, etc, so it should look pretty much stock when done. Anybody know what size the analog gauges were? Wonder if I could use the stock bezel and put these gauges in them? If not, I can cut some smoked lexan to fit.
The gauges are made by CyberDyne Instruments, if that helps. The oil temp gauge displays 0-300° F (1° increments). The oil pressure gauge displays 0-80 psi (is that a large enough range, I only understand BAR ;)) The voltage gauge displays 8-18-volt (0.1-volt increments). Obviously, there is no sender for volts, but there would be for oil pressure and oil temp. Any clue wheter I can use the stock oil temp sender? I know my current oil pressure sender is a single output, just for the idiot light, so I will have to add a second sender. But is that even possible? to have 2 senders at once? If so, where and how would you install the second sender? AThey don't come with senders, but the senders can be bought separately.
Here's what they look like:

^Should match the stock gauges in the dash pretty nicely. Whadda ya think?
