Next planned mod: new aux. gauges, but need some advice

OK, got it. Can use T-fitting on pressure sensor, not on temp sensor. OK, so how would you go about installing a second temp sensor? Drill & tap the oil pan? Or, since I would be eliminating the stock oil temp gauge, is there any need for the stock sensor? Like, does it do anything other than provide for the display? If not, would you suggest just removing the stock sensor and installing the aftermarket one in it's place? Thoughts?

Dave, that's the oil temperature sender, not pressure. Though I suppose
you might run into some similar sort of trouble installing an
aftermarket oil temp gauge sender in that location.
The two pressure senders are on the side of the block.
