Bilstein/H&R conversion: What parts to re-use?

Don't add oil into the strut housing when you convert over to Bilsteins. They have a design that is inverted as compared to normal struts. If you look at the bottom of the inserts, there are two vent holes there, which shouldn't sit in oil.
