Point taken.  But the way I drive, it's never
been a problem.  NH gets only a handful of
really hot (90+F) days a year, and I don't run
my car that hard.  In addition, my alternator
cooler piece fell off long ago, and I replaced
the oil cooler with an aftermarket unit that
doesn't use the scoop.
