Brett:  Beside the fact that 95 runs the entire southern coastline of the 
State of CT, I do see that the NE corridor in CT and the NJ thru way are close 
quartered bumper to bumper 80 MPH plus commutes...........Don't they say: 
rubbins' racin'?
