[urq] paint source

I finally found it.  It's http://www.towerpaint.com/

They weren't cheap, but because my car had been repainted (the old Gobi was
more gold than rose-gold --- yeah!), I ended up sending them the fuel filler
door to match.  Others have tried them with good results, but I never got
the chance to try out the paint, as I sold the '83 when I bought the '84.
