Well, that's pretty much a given... a max performance tire is going to
wear out faster because of its softer compound.  As advanced as tires
are nowadays, you still can't have your cake and eat it too...

No experience with the Falkens, but the Kumho is a step down from
the first tier of max performance tires, but are otherwise great
for the money.
