I got a set of used turbo H1/H4 on Ebay Germany for far less than what 
you are talking about.

When I was looking last year there were also loads of new H4s with a 
"buy it now" of 50 euro a piece.  Shipping was about $25 for me and took 
2 weeks.

Of course the dollar is so pathetically weak right now that it will cost 
you a bit more than it did me.
