Thanks for the info, guys! I am not sure how one adjusts the sub-frame. 
I'm sorry to ask such a simple question, but, what pieces constitute the 
subframe? By chance are those the square pieces I look for to find jacking 
points?

The balance numbers looked like this:

L     	943	R	934
	642		594

Front 1878, 60.3%      Rear 1576, 39.7%     total 3113 (I don't drive 
with a spare in the trunk, just a can of run-flat)

Cross 1576  50.1% 

Ride height 23 1/2    23 1/2
            23 1/2    23 7/16

All on cold tires which they lowered down to 34 (I usually drive at 40 
psi on my street tires).

You asked about caster: they recorded the "caster" as 1.1 L and 2.0 R, for 
both the before and after numbers, and also mentioned caster is not 
changeable. Given the different numbers, do you suspect movement of the 
sub-frame?
