The 32 ft rule (9.81 m) only works if the fluid density is
about the same as that of water. If it's less dense than water, then
you'll need more height, more dense a fluid, you'll need less height
to get 1 bar of pressure. From the fluids formula P = rgh where
P is pressure, r is fluid density, g is the gravity acceleration constant, and h is the differential height of the fluids from the pipe exit to the top of the fluid.

Well, putting that supply way up in the air may provide enough pressure to
fill the cabinet. Each 32ft is equivalent to 1 bar, no?

Let's see what it can look like:

Honey:
"What are you doing in that tree, Huw?"
Huw:
"Nothing, I'm spying this lovely neighbor..."
Honey:
"It's OK. I was thinking that you were still trying to hook up your d*mn
parts cleaner!"
Huw:

This automatic-parts-cleaner would be right there with the gas-engine
powered-cocktail-mixer  and the turbo-based-gas-turbine-beer-cooler
(http://www.asciimation.co.nz/beer/): a proof that anything is possible,
especially when you have too much imagination or time or parts or all of the
above...
