That system sucks more than anything has ever sucked
before.  They use a pump smaller than your washer
fluid pump.  You have to atomize the water, that
system just can't do it, plus it relies on
pressurizing the tank which causes all kinds of
problems.  Even the tank sucks, it looks nice, but my
buddies had a bunch of pinholes we had to fill.  We
eventually ripped the whole system out of his car.

If you want pre-built, there's only one choice. 
Aquamist, a highly proven system.  You can build the
one I told you about for half the price, and get the
same results though.
