turbo bolt (innermost) - 200q20v

Removing turbo on '91 200 20V Quattro

What is the trick, special tool to get off the bottom bolt closest to the engine on the turbo for the 200q20v.  I've had some difficult ones, but #@%*&MFPITA!SOB no clearance for extensions, not enouogh room for a socket wrench, I ground down one wrench, but it would not take the force, and I don't think I'll have enough strength if I get a stubby in there - need I say more.  For a design where turbo is far more accessible than its predecessor, I'd rather do the 5ktq.

So appreciate any helpful BTDT that works.
