In anticipation of this thread getting real ugly real fast, might I suggest that
the original poster would not have had a problem if the tag line promoted a
social issue with which he agreed. The quattro list is a democracy, albeit an
occasionally strident and untidy one. Social issues and politics do not have a
place on the list, but excising tag lines goes a little too far.
My vote would be for allowing any tag line that does not contain offensive
language or no tag lines at all. Ever. Period.
