This sounds like a credible witness. Not. From behind
the car, he could see the driver's foot hit the brake?
Or was it the flash of brake lights that glared at him?
He must have seen the reverse light flash, too, as the
driver tried to put it into park. I think the key word
here is "friend".
Another several million dollars pissed away because
some nimrod can't drive. "Out of control" indeed. DC
should be taking the driver to court for defamation
of character.
