At the end of my rope with this stinkin cis

Funny thing, decided i'd start tuning in my car this weekend, checking all 
the readings etc...
the DPR reads 1.01mA all the time, lift the air plate 1.01mA. diconnect the 
temp sensor, 1.01mA. cut the dpr out of the loop entirely and jumper across 
the wires, 1.01 mA. So what the hell, bad pot? No, resistance check out 
across both terminals. bad temp sender? no brand new and within spec. bad 
ecu? that really seem to be the only possibility left. Any body seen this 
before? The car still runs fine, little rich maybe but that could just be 
the motor breaking in.
