Ben, my 50 trim t04E with a stage III exhause turbine
is a great turbo. It spools by 3700 and pulls hard
all the way to redline. You'll never outflow one of
these without a header. I on the other hand are
actually looking at larger turbo options. Holset HX
35, 55, or a Garrett GT 35 class turbo. I've hit some
kind of wall. It's either exhaust, turbo, throttle
body, or head flow related. I'm in process of trying
to figure out which component(s) it is. Here's a dyno
run from this weekend. I reached over 300 whp on pump
gas, at about 21 psi (red line) the blue line is with
some high octane in the tank.

It's simple, if you're going for retarded amounts of
power like me, use the MC1. If you'll be happy with
300 hp, use the MC2.

This is my old dyno without lower compression.

They don't look that much different, plus I was
running pretty rich up top this time, and didn't have
time to fix on the rollers. You really need to
compare the non SAE charts(which I don't have right
now), but the lower compression allows you to run pump
gas to a level closer to that of race gas.
