Re-use it - no problem as long as it is not torn, ripped frayed or showing any probable places for leakage.
Apply som Permatex gasket seal - black gooey stuff in a can applied with brush. This will provide a good rubbery bonding surface to the gasket so it will seal.

In the process of my 87.5 CGT's very first TB change (58k original
miles...amazing to be the first guy in there since the factory). I've
removed the upper half of the intake manifold to replace injectors, check &
replace vacuum hoses, etc), and now am having a little difficulty
finding/buying a new gasket (that separates the two halves of the IM).
Here's the stupid question part: can I reuse the original? I take it as
gospel that one should never reuse gaskets, but figured I'd ask around on
this one, since it's not for a coolant or oil passage, not a stressed
component, not a turbo, etc...
Told you it was a stupid question.
