An Audi dealer can make you a key that will open the trunk from the one you have - it may be
that an ordinary locksmith can do the same.  It sounds like you have the "valet's key" - it
will open the doors and start the car but can't open the glovebox or trunk.  The difference is
in the blank used to make the key - one has a ridge running all the way down the key's flat
sides and the other doesn't.

With the trunk open, you can detach the vacuum lines from the trunk lock and use a vacuum pump
to drive the system manually.
