100Q temp full hot or full cold

My 100Q was very hot inside the car for 2 weeks. The a removed the vac valve to see if it s keep all the time full open... no its working good.

Then i putted it back.Since then i have no heat at all, on day this week i got heat for couple minutes then again no more heat !!!!! since then....

I selected full heat in the car and i did not see any vacucum from the hose to the valve.

When i select a temp i ear the vlaves change positions,,, but nothing happen about the heating,,, we still cook in the car ;-), before i removed the prestone valve (vaccum unit)

The electroc valve in the temp controlr broken ?..
