4kq Brake upgrade question

Hi,

I am looking for an 11 inch 4x108 rotor for install with my Corrado front 
calipers on to my 85 4kq.  I know a lot of people use G60s as an upgrade but I 
have the Corrado calipers so I may as well use them..   I've heard that the CQ 
used a 10.9 inch rotor but I don't know if that is close enough to work 
especially if the width is different..

Also, when I do get around to doing the install, can I swap my old front 
brakes on to the rear?  it would be nice to have larger vented brakes on the back 
as well...
