Audi owner in violation of town bylaws for unregistered vehicles

The neighbors are lucky.  The guy should take the cars apart...voila, you
no longer have unregistered cars, but car parts.  A few washing machines
on the front porch, some pink flamingos on the lawn, paint the house
glowing purple, etc......

The neighbors would buy him out for twice what the place was worth to get
rid of him.
