200TQ MC-2 date when in 1989 ?

Well, i have been told the 200TQ from 1989 month?? is MC-2 and has flat flywheel type .

So when in that year 1989 (date ?) it s MC2 and what is wroten on the computer box to tell if it s MC2 or not ?
