LF: Company that makes hub adapters 4x108 - 4x100

Hi,

Anyone know of a place that will make hub adapters to go from 4x108 to 4x100? 
 I have a set of wheels I'd like to use on my 4kq that are 4x100.  

I know H&R makes adapters but I haven't been able to get any info on them 
from anywhere?  Another company I talked to said the adapters would cause 
vibration,  my guess is that their adapters aren't hub centric...
