wheel studs /bolts

It's not a wheel bolt.  It's a tool to hang the wheel on when reinstalling
wheels.  It lets you insert the wheel bolts without having to hold the
wheel/tire assembly in place and hope the threads are all lined up.  Note I
said I cut the head of the bolt off and sawed a screwdriver slot in it.
Sort of like the tool in the photo.
