Can not find parts. Need help or advise.

Hi,
I am looking for gills I can fix on wheel well liner for better air flow 
through the oil cooler.  I  can not find anything I could use there.  
Another thing is I need is a air scoop for the hood to lower underhood 
temp.  Any thoughts or advises will be appreciated.
