a few reminders...

A few reminders since we all seem to be getting a little lax on
net-etiquette. The first one I have particularly noted people being
lazy about...
-when replying to a post edit the copied text to --just what you are
responding to--, NEVER the entire post!
-your reply goes BELOW the quoted text (which of course you've
edited, right? :-), NOT ABOVE. The entire English-speaking portion
of the planet reads top to bottom. Imagine how confusing a Q&A
interview would be if the answers were listed before the questions.
Quoted text is for context, then you give your reply.
-don't change subject lines unless you have a really, really, really
good reason- doing so makes following threads very annoying. Yeah,
sometimes people pick lousy subject lines. Once it's been done, it
is better left alone...
Thank you all! When you do things right, you help keep Audifans a
valuable resource. Remember, aside from pestering you for occasional
small donations, "follow the rules" is pretty much all we ask :-)
